In November 2011, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) conducted its triannual inspection of Arthur Bell, Certified Public Accountants’ SEC issuer practice. The inspection included a review of a selection of the Firm’s SEC issuer audit engagements and a review of our quality control system. Arthur Bell is pleased to announce the PCAOB issued a report that did not identify any weaknesses or deficiencies related to engagements reviewed or our quality control system.
