Cheryl joined the firm in January 1994 after three years in the audit department of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is responsible for review and supervision of auditing, accounting, consulting, investors’ representative, and other engagements for numerous types of entities in the managed futures and securities industry, specifically commodity pools, hedge funds, broker – dealers, introducing brokers, and investment advisers. Cheryl has extensive experience in SEC reporting matters, including reviews of Forms 10-Q, 10-K and S-1 for our SEC clients.
Cheryl graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. degree in Accounting. She is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey with the ability to practice in California. Cheryl is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has written articles published in the MFA Reporter.
A native of Northern Minnesota, Cheryl now resides in Carroll County, Maryland, with her husband and three daughters. In her free time, she is a coordinator for a local recreation council’s soccer program and chairperson of the yearbook committee of her local PTA.
